Refund policy

At Choukat, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our door frames and wooden products, we follow a limited refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped or processed for dispatch, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for orders that have not been shipped.

Once the order is eligible, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
