Refund policy

At Choukat, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the made-to-order nature of our door frames and wooden products, we follow a limited refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If your order has already been shipped or processed for dispatch, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for orders that have not been shipped.

  • Once the order is eligible, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
